Return Policy

For all items purchased both online and in-store we have a return policy of no longer than 3 days. However with clothing that has been taken out of its sealed packaging we do not receive returns, in specific cases we will accept a return upon further inspection of the item in question to ascertain if any damage/exposure has occured to it since leaving our care. When satisfactory a full refund will be done or alternatively you will be provided with store credit.

Our aim is to make shopping at Kids Treasure Land a pleasurable experience. Ours is to be a one stop shop for all your Kids party, Fun and playtime needs.

Our online store will provide the same detailed attention you get when you visit our physical store. We have partnered with two(2) reputable courier companies to ensure a timely and secure delivery( DHL and Quality Courier Services).

Finally our system has been set up to process your order as quickly as possible.

Do we accept online payments?

Yes we do. You can pay for your orders with a Visa card via Slyde pay, or pay via MTN Mobile money. Just choose and click the appropriate platform .

How can I manage my account?

You can manage your personal information, including your email address, password, billing information or email preferences at any time. To access your account, click on my account

How will I receive my order?

Orders will be sent to your stated address via DHL or Quality Courier services. You can also choose to collect your order from our shop.

How can I pick up an order from the shop?

To pick up an order, you will need to present a printed copy of the invoice we sent to you by email and or a valid photo ID If I purchased an item online, can I return it at the store? Items purchased online can be exchanges at our store, please be sure to have your original receipt and the item in its original condition/state.

What are the delivery fees?

Depending on the area and size of items, fees may vary. Standard costs for items less than 5kg range between Ghc 10 to Ghc 30 in Accra. Fees are listed at the point of checkout.

What do I do if I forget my username/password?

You can have your username and temporary password sent to an email address on file by selecting the forgot username or forgot password link at the top of the website.

How do I place an order?
